Cancellation/Refund Policy

Course registration may be cancelled for a full refund up to five days prior to the schedule start date. Between five days and one day prior to the schedule start date, course participants may reschedule for a future training date, but no refund can be offered. Course participants who fail to attend or contact ProResponder prior to the start date will be consider a “no-show” and may not receive a refund and may not be scheduled for a future training course without written permission from “ProResponder.”

A $22 Course Registration fee is included on all registrations.  This fee covers costs associated with offering an easy and convenient registration process.  This fee is non-refundable.
